When will we be able to buy tickets?
We can’t give you an exact date on that yet, but subscribe to our newsletter and we’ll keep you posted!
Are tickets refundable?
Yes, tickets are refundable up to two weeks before the conference date.
Catering
What if I have special dietary requirements?
Don’t worry! One of our founding members is a vegetarian so there will be vegan options. If you have any allergies, please contact us and we will make sure you can enjoy the conference as well.
Mobility
Is the conference wheelchair accessible?
Yes! There will be reserved parking spaces and the building itself is fully wheelchair accessible (including the toilets).
Sessions
Will the sessions be recorded?
We will not be recording the sessions.
Will slides be shared afterwards?
This is up to the speaker.
What language are the talks give in?
The talks will be given in English.
