Tickets
How much does it cost?
Our tickets will be priced as follows:
- Early bird (first 25 tickets until and including 15 June): €60
- Regular (until and including 21 September): €80
- Late (until the day before): €90

Are tickets refundable?
Ticket sales are handled by Weeztix. If you take the additional cancellation insurance, tickets are refundable.
Can I get a VAT invoice?

Catering
What if I have special dietary requirements?
Don’t worry! One of our founding members is a vegetarian so there will be vegan options. If you have any allergies, please contact us and we will make sure you can enjoy the conference as well.
Mobility
Is the conference wheelchair accessible?
Yes! There will be reserved parking spaces and the building itself is fully wheelchair accessible (including the toilets).
Sessions
Will the sessions be recorded?
We will not be recording the sessions.
Will slides be shared afterwards?
This is up to the speaker.
What language are the talks give in?
The talks will be given in English.
